Restaurant feedback software for Nova Scotia restaurants

TableReview turns every table into a feedback point. A guest taps a small NFC card or scans a QR code, rates the visit in a few seconds, and the response lands in your dashboard. It is built for independent restaurants, cafés and bars — the kind of room where the owner is on the floor and wants to know about a bad plate the same night, not three weeks later in a public review.

Who it is for

Independent, owner-run rooms anywhere in Nova Scotia — a dining room in Halifax, a café in Dartmouth, a pub in Sydney, or a seasonal spot along the shore. If you serve guests at tables and you currently find out about problems only when someone posts publicly, this is the gap it closes. It suits one location as easily as a small group; each location gets its own link, its own feed and its own price.

It is not a reservations system, a POS, or a marketing suite. It does one job: getting honest feedback off the table and in front of you.

How it works

  1. 1. Add your restaurant. Create an account, confirm your email, and add the restaurant name, address and your Google listing link. You get a personal guest link immediately.
  2. 2. Put the link on the table. Write it onto blank NFC cards with a free phone app, or print it as a QR code on a table talker. Both open the same page.
  3. 3. The guest taps and rates. The page opens in their browser with your restaurant name at the top and five stars. If they do not know what to write, short sample sentences sorted by topic — food, service, atmosphere, value — give them a starting point they can rewrite or ignore completely.
  4. 4. You read the responses. Every rating and comment appears in your dashboard, newest first, with the date. You can mark an item as handled once you have dealt with it.

Private feedback and Google reviews are separate

Private feedback is saved to your account and nobody outside it can read it. Separately, if you have added your Google listing link, the guest is offered that link — the same way at every rating, high or low. Nothing is posted on the guest's behalf and no wording is submitted for them; posting a public review always happens on Google, in the guest's own Google account. We do not route unhappy guests away from the public option, because selective review paths are against Google's published policies.
