Working name — early version

Feedback from the table, before your guest reaches the door

For restaurants, cafés and bars in Canada. Put a small tap card on every table. Guests rate their visit in a few seconds, and you get the whole picture in one simple dashboard.

Accounts, guest feedback and your dashboard are live and real. Pages marked "demo" show made-up sample content. Payment is switched off, so nothing is charged.

Tap and done
A small NFC card on each table opens your feedback page instantly. Guests can also scan a printed QR code if their phone doesn't tap.
Every guest, one place
Ratings, comments and table numbers land in a single feed you can read over morning coffee.
Private by default
Guest comments stay inside your restaurant account. Nobody outside your account can read them.

How it works

Four steps, from opening your account to reading your first comment.

1
You add your restaurant
Create an account, confirm your email, and add the restaurant. You get a personal guest link straight away.
2
You put the link on the table
Write the link onto NFC cards, or print it as a QR code. Cards and printing are not included in the price — you buy those yourself.
3
The guest taps and rates
The page opens in their phone browser. No app, no account, no sign-up for the guest.
4
You read the responses
Everything appears in your dashboard, newest first, and you can mark items as handled.

Private feedback and public reviews are two different things

Private feedback, straight to you

The guest picks stars and can write a comment. It is saved to your account only.

No guest account, no public posting, nobody else can read it.

A public Google review, if they want

The link to your Google listing is offered the same way at every rating, high or low.

Posting happens on Google, by the guest, in their own Google account. We never post for them and never copy their words across on their behalf.

About the sample wording

To help guests who don't know what to write, the page offers short sample sentences sorted by rating and by topic — food, service, atmosphere, value.

Tapping one fills the comment box, and the guest can rewrite every word or skip suggestions entirely. The phrases are written in advance and combined on the page; no AI service is called and nothing is sent while they type.

What you see behind the scenes

Your owner dashboard

Your restaurants and their guest links, every rating and comment with its date, and a way to mark an item as handled once you've dealt with it.

It shows only what guests actually submitted. Nothing is estimated, scored or predicted.

Common questions

TableReview is a working name, not a registered brand. Pages marked "demo" contain made-up sample content, not real restaurants or real guests.
