TableReview terms of service

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms describe what you can expect from TableReview and what we expect from you. They are written in plain English and are not legal advice.

The service

TableReview is a website that lets a restaurant collect guest feedback from an NFC card or QR code, and offers the guest the restaurant's own Google review link. The NFC cards or printed QR codes themselves are not included and can be bought from any supplier.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Do not write, buy or solicit fake reviews, and do not offer rewards in exchange for a positive review. That breaks Google's policies as well as these terms.
  • Do not filter or block guests from leaving a public review based on how they rated you. The Google review link must remain available to guests as offered by the product.
  • Do not attempt to access another restaurant's data, probe or overload the service, or scrape it automatically.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.

We may suspend an account that puts other users, guests, or the service at risk, and will explain why where we reasonably can.

Guest feedback and Google reviews

Private feedback belongs to your restaurant and is visible only to your account. Public reviews are written and posted by the guest on Google. TableReview does not post, approve, edit or remove Google reviews, and cannot guarantee any particular rating, volume of reviews, or search result.

Billing and cancellation

TableReview costs CA$49/month per restaurant. Trials are started from your dashboard and do not require a card. If you choose to subscribe, payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing area; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. See your dashboard's billing section for the current state of your subscription.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and problems outside our control can interrupt it.

Your data

How information is handled is described in the privacy notice. You keep ownership of your restaurant's content; you give us permission to store and display it so the service can work.

Ending your use

You can stop using TableReview at any time and request account deletion through the contact page. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate steps.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will tell account holders about material changes in the app or by email before they take effect.
